What happens if your case gets denied, but you know you can't work? What should you do? In one word- APPEAL! And keep appealing until you get what benefits you're entitled to. We can help you with the appeals, whether that means filing an initial application or appealing a hearing denial by a judge, or even at the Appeals Council. We do go to federal court with these cases if they're strong enough.
So if you have a question about filing an appeal or whether you're entitled to benefits, feel free to contact us at 205-879-3033. We'll do the best we can to answer your questions.
