Doug and Jessica Friedman Help Plan Conference on Life, Disability, and Health Insurance.

Last week, Doug and Jessica attended a meeting to plan for the yearly International Claim Association (ICA) conference.
Doug serves on a committee focusing on the Life Insurance industry. This committee is responsible for presenting sessions relevant to those working within the industry and educating them on changes. Doug agreed to speak on three topics at the conference. Doug will speak on the implications of the SECURE Act on life insurance sales and estate planning, divorce revocation statutes, and small life insurance claims.
Jessica serves on the Disability Committee. At the conference this fall, she will discuss her experience representing people in federal court for Social Security Disability. She will also write a series of blog posts regarding the ins and outs of federal court practice.
