70% PTSD, Depression, Anxiety Could Lead to IU

By Douglas I. Friedman of Friedman Law Firm, P.C.

Do you have a 70% VA rating for a psychological condition? We think a 70% psychological rating, by itself,  should lead to a finding of individual unemployability (IU). But, often the VA doesn't tell you that you may be entitled to IU. You actually have to bring it up on your own. And, even then, sometimes they don't apply the rules the way we think that they should. If you have a 70% rating for any psychological problems   bipolar, PTSD, anxiety, depression call us to see if we can help you get individual unemployability, which means you would be paid at the 100% rate. IU, in turn, could mean your eligible for Social Security Disability, as well, which we can help you with.
